Fit & shape
The Classic Cap sits on the athletic end of the spectrum: a structured, mid-profile crown that holds its form all day rather than slumping after the first wear. The six-panel build keeps the front standing proud, so the embroidery stays clean and legible whether you’re at a rally, on the terraces, or crossing a city square. The pre-curved visor comes gently shaped out of the box, saving you the ritual of bending it in.
Why fitted matters
This is a Flexfit 6277 body, with a woven stretch band built into the sweatband. There’s no plastic snap and no adjuster strap — the cap flexes to grip the head evenly, giving a snug, low-bulk fit that feels tailored rather than clamped.
Material & make
The blend is engineered for structure and give at once: a firm outer that keeps the crown upright, married to a stretch band that moulds to you. Six rows of stitching on the visor and reinforced panel seams mean it survives being stuffed in a bag and pulled back into shape.
