Shipping

Every item is made in the European Union and shipped across Europe. Because each order is made specially for you, allow a short production time before dispatch, plus standard delivery time for your country. Estimated production and delivery times are shown at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Returns & refunds

Our products are made to order specifically for you. Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods produced to your specification, so we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns.

We will, of course, put things right if something is wrong. We offer a free replacement or a refund if your item is:

• defective or misprinted,
• damaged in transit, or
• not the item you ordered.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort it out.
